I am currently in Tenerife. On arrival no shuttle transfer available, office was closed cost me 100 euro in a cab.
Get to the hotel to find it closed and I'm being moved.
I paid for a 3 pool multi bar resort. I'm in a hotel that looks like it got the wood for it's furniture on the cheap from Noah.
24hr line is a joke, terrible service and half the time the outside area is full so stuck in my room.
Absolute joke of a company. I honestly think a class action lawsuit is needed by those us in deplorable situations.
Either way I am taking legal action.
