At last some action from the government. The CMA has written an open letter to the travel companies they have had most complaints about - they haven't named them, but we all know who they are! It took me 4 months to get my money back but persistence and complaints to ABTA amongst other measures finally paid off, but i hope this latest action by the govt. means things improve rapidly for the rest of you awaiting refunds. In a nutshell, if companies do not obey the law pronto enforcement action will be taken against them! Sort yourselves out Loveholidays!
