appaling! and acting against the law. My sons holiday was due to go ahead 13th june but was cancelled three weeks prior due to covid! still no refund just a promise of one in approx eight weeks providing we request our own refund from Ryanair seperately and also on the provision we do not take any legal action or start a bank chargeback! they are saying if we do any of this the eight weeks will then be considerably longer? how can they get away with this? there seems to be hundreds of people in the same position yet they nor anyone else are doing anything about it.
