Having had my flights cancelled by Ryanair due to COVID-19 I had to chase up Love Holidays for information. They then refused to refund any money until Ryanair had refunded the flights. I booked with LH believing them to be an online travel agent. They are not. Ryanair said they are screen scrapers and buy the flights, hotels etc separately. They are not official agents for Ryanair. So I spent hours chasing up Ryanair and then hours chasing LH for my money once the flights had been refunded to them. I would never ever use them again
