Everything from the start of this crisis. If you book with LOVE HOLIDAYS you may as well just throw your money down the drain.
Appalling customer service its impossible to get hold of them by phone, email or chat and now they are totally ignoring the messages I have left them for the past 2 weeks on their own Manage My Booking website.
Do yourself a favour claim against your credit card its the only hope you will see your money again
