Pretty much a repeat of all other comments here. Receive confirmation that holiday booking still on a few days before final 80% instalment due. Make payment then 5 days later receive cancellation despite only flight out being affected. Obvs can’t get through to them to resolve as their much boasted about tech platform can’t cope. Ever thought of employing more people?
The founders cashed in when they sold in December and are no longer directors. I suspect new management is struggling and under pressure from new private equity owners but no excuse for Failing to deal with customers in a moral way. Brand shot to pieces and I will never use them again. Appalling arrogance and disregard for customers . Shame on loveholiday. Gross incompetence
