Don't bother booking with this company they won't be around for long. We were due to fly to Spain at the very start of April I.e. the start of lockdown, I requested my refund online and was told I would need to call to confirm I definetly wanted a cash refund. Don't have to do that when I'm booking online you just take my money straight away - funny how things change when you're paying money out for a service not delivered! Anyway I called them to confirm and was told my refund would be processed
Almost 4 months after our departure date no refund has landed into my account. We were told the refund for our hotel was paid at the start of June and should credit in 5 working days needless to say no funds have landed (now nearing the end of July) and there isn't a human being around to talk to. Not only is it beyond shocking that love holiday seem to forget that people have also handed money over for flights to them too, but they can't even get the refund for the hotel sorted! Absolutely disgusting customer service... Noone responds to emails or webchat, noone answers the phone. I've got family who booked on the same girls holiday with the likes of travel Republic and jet 2 who've had a full refund for months. Future bookers - chose your company carefully, customer service counts!
