Booked a holiday to Menorca for 12th May 2020. Obviously cancelled due to COVID19. Not much communication from Love Holidays. Only re-book but we dont want to... we want a refund. According to their website they will not refund until the airline refunds them. Checking if airline has refunded them... waiting for response. Could not get back into my booking without requesting a link , which was sent and although I was in my email waiting for link and pounced on it immediately when I click on it it said the link had expired. Did this three times with the same response. Obviously LH do not want me to see my booking!! I would NOT recommend LH and will NEVER book with them again. They do not respond to any queries although we have contacted them a few times. Where I can appreciate they have a lot to contend with with COVID19 I do think they could at least respond and allow access to my booking. We just want a REFUND...DO NOT book with this company .
