I am disgusted with Love Holidays. Have a holiday booked for 4th August to Crete with flights and accomodation for me and my family through Love Holidays. Have not been able to contact anyone at Love Holidays and have made an official pre-deprature complaint to ABTA which I have chased again today. They don;t answer their phone3s. You cant contact anyone on Live Chat yet they are still filling my inbox with promtional emails. Luckily I have booked on my Credit Card so I will let the bank to fight them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER. Absolutely disgusting that they are allowed to treat their customers this way and just literally take their money!
