Dishonest and deceitful company. Refusing to refund 5 months after holiday cancelled. Customer agent claimed refund would be processed but nothing received and they are now ignoring e-mails. Love Holidays book a lot of holidays with Jet 2 and then add on costs. My advice is book direct with Jet 2 holidays - they are cheaper and have much better customer service.
