First-time - AND last-time - customer here. I paid extra for expedited shipping, but of course, the "small print" didn't explain that after a certain hour on EST time (I'm CST), the item wouldn't get to me in the shorter time period.
Why wouldn't a comment pop up to say, "Whoops - don't pay extra for expedited shipping! Go with regular shipping." THAT would've been good customer service.
I chatted with a nice online representative. He was apologetic, but couldn't refund the expedited shipping cost. It even took a few more days to show up after the "non-expedited" time, which is super disappointing.
