The correct, undamaged, product came when projected and at a reasonable price. Also I like that I could set it up on 3 month auto shipments. I bought Tints of Nature 9D very light, golden blond hair color 95% naturally derived ingredients. After a cellular test revealed toxic metals from conventional hair colors I began searching for a safer alternative. No local salon would help suppty safer product & the health food store was out of the lighter color every time I tried to purchase it. It does NOT make my dishwater blond hair as light as I'd like but it was accurately documented & I knew it would not prior to purchase. I've spent over a year looking for a safe alternative & this is the best compromise I've found.
