No goods, no refund for 12 weeks!
At first I was put off with the reason for Brexit, saying I should be patient. Always said that they don't know where the parcel is, but trust their parcel service! Now the package should be on its way back, for weeks now, I should now be patient until it is finally back at some point and then I get my money back! I've never seen anything so cheeky, unbelievable.
