Fantastic customer service!! One of my orders contained 2 bottles of a supplement that I have been using for years. Even though the items were carefully packed in a bubble-wrap envelope, they were damaged in the shipping process. The bottles were crushed and most of the pills were smashed into teeny, tiny little pieces. My items were PROMPTLY replaced, at no charge. Just one reason why I keep coming back to Lucky Vitamin!
