I was worried at first because of a lot of terrible reviews. But everything turned out perfect. The explanation for bad reviews is that ecommerce is always a risk, especially due to delivery problems. I unserstand some people are very angry not to receive their order without reimbursement, and so write very furious comments. But this company does approx. 2 millions shippings in a year. Suppose 2000 fail, its 0.1%, and its enough for people to be angry and explain some reviews. Still, the risk remain minimal, and unavoidable with ecommerce. Other companies dont get much better reviews, delivery entails problems.
