I am fairly satisfied with the wide selection of products, but wish there were more organic foods available. Would have given 5 stars except orders are always poorly packed with some items over-wrapped in wads of bubble packing and tape, while a bag of pretzels or cornflakes will be crushed to crumbs by a pound jar of honey or similar heavy item packed on top. While LuckyVitamin will always reimburse me for the damaged goods, I do not enjoy the excessively long waiting time I always encounter with their customer service number. Also, more than once, my order has sat for several days before being processed and shipped, causing it to arrive after the 2-5 day free shipping time.
