There we a lot of problems that did ultimately get resolved, but I had to go over the Supervisor to a Manager in order to get resolution. That should not have been needed. Additionally I believe I had to call approximately 3-5 different times in order to get everything resolved and each time I was approximately 20 min up to over an hour just to get through to a customer service associate. That timeframe just to reach customer service is completely rediculous. It truly was a frustrating experience. The only reason there are any stars listed above is because the customer service workers were very kind and did what they could. The manager was also helpful although never thought it important enough to actually take my call, only messaged and worked though the workers. The Supervisor was of Zero help or customer service.
