First Lucky has been on time with my orders over the past several years and only had 1 back order. 2. My last order had a back order and when the back order was sent it had the wrong product. It took 42 mins of hold time on my phone to get connected to customer service. Once connected the problem was solved right away. Even with this one problem I will still be getting my vitamins from "Lucky" and do recommend them.
