You run a complicated business very well. When there has been a technical issue, it has been rectified promptly.
Suppliers sometimes have manufacturing difficulties and/or supply shortages. This is to be expected.
You have filled back orders asap, even at a loss to your business.
I have found it best to make contact via email, if there is a problem. This way it gives the best chance of resolving the issue. In my own business, interfering with a computer, may actually cause additional issues.
