Overall a good experience, product arrived as described. Only issue was with the surprise email I received right after placing my order stating that I would be billed each month for an additional 5 month supply of product which makes absolutely no sense at all! I never authorized that during the online ordering process so I was not happy when I received that email. I took care of cancelling it myself after figuring out how to and also sent them an email which they did respond to promptly. All is good now.
