Expensive, took a long time to get here, customer interaction is overly automated, appears like some one is on top of things, but “the lights are on and nobody’s home”, ridiculous amount of packaging. Not an environmentally friendly way to go. Product itself seems good. Need to just sell it in stores and forgo the crazy shipping.
