This is my first time ordering from this site and everything went well except my order arrived short of qty one and I believe I depleted the stock (ordered qty 36 bars of soap). But it's OK, I'm happy to find my items here as it is HTF at the moment. I emailed customer service and they issued me a refund the next a.m. without any question asked. Definitely recommend and will reorder again.
