Had placed an order for the first time for (2) Sunwarrior - Plant based Collagen-500 Grams. It was a popular order since LuckyVitamin was out of stock on backorder. I received the order in about 3 weeks (do to backorder) but the order was short one container. I contacted the company thru the website live chat, it took awhile (perhaps being a Sunday) and gave my order # and item# that was missing, and the representative, 'Unique' was very kind and apologetic and promptly resolved the order problem to send the missing item. Love the products and promo deal that was offered at the time. Since mistakes happen and they promptly made it right, easily through Live Chat, I will order again in the future.
