Shipping speed was decent, took about a week so longer than Amazon but I'm pretty spoiled with prime two day shipping haha. One item was backordered and then I got an email saying it couldn't be delivered so they cancelled it. I talked to a representative about it, easy to get a hold of someone. No biggie, they said I could get free shipping on it if I called them once it was back in stock again. I've ordered from them maybe five times and no issues, a legit company that sometimes has better prices than others. Shop around :) Will order from them again.
