After multiple emails , I counted at least ten or more, and repetition of the same question, it was FINALLY determined that an order I had placed at the beginning of August had been shipped as well as the one placed recently. I had forgotten all about the August order and it was never mentioned to me. Both orders arrived on the same day and I had to pay shipping twice. I would think that for all the trouble I had to go through just to find out what was going on, you could have shipped them together and saved me the extra cost. I am barely satisfied with your customer service. I could not discuss this by phone, the CHAT was a robot and consequently a lot of confusion ensued and much time passed until this was all finally settled.
