For me the customer, all was great. For a business, you, the free samples could have fit in the main box with the order to save on your extra shipping expenses and 1 free item was back ordered, Why not just take it off? as I did not know about it, again to save on your shipping cost. I do not shop a lot and would like for you to stay in business longer by maximizing efficiency and minimizing your cost.
