Lucky Vitamin sent some products by their mistake. They were on a subscription that had been cancelled. They even agreed with me that they should not have been sent. They said I could return them after I received them and they'd refund my money, which is what I did. Now they say they haven't received them and have not refunded my money. I have tried to contact them many different ways. As far as I can tell, there is no way to speak to an actual person. They did respond to an email, finally, which is when they said they can't refund my money. So I've paid for products that I don't even have!!! Bad customer service in my opinion.
