I have had fairly good customer service. Often times, what I order is in stock and arrives in a reasonable amount of time. However, I have had quite a few items on backorder, as well, some I wait so long for that the order ends up cancelled. I often order items that are supposed to come with an ice pack but these items only arrive with the ice pack about half of the time. When I contact customer service, they make it right (send a replacement) but I wish it were just correct to begin with. Prices for items are sometimes cheaper than I can find in the grocery store but often are a bit higher. I don't mind paying a bit more most of the time because it's getting delivered to my house vs. me having to go to the store. Sometimes prices are lower than the grocery store and many of the products I purchase through Lucky Vitamin can't be purchased in my local stores, so I am glad to have LV as an option for these cases!
