Wow I didn't think consumer companies can get away with these dirty tactics these days but unfortunately I was also scammed by them too. Ordered a product last year, which never arrived. I had to chase them up for a refund. This is the only transaction I've ever had with them.
Then I have just realised they have been taking £8.99 from my bank account ever since!! Disgraceful behaviour!!
