Waiting for my money back since July. I was in touch with about 20 people from customer service including manager. Every single one said something different about what is wrong and lie to me that I’ll receive my money in 3-5 working days. Never happened. Moreover, I have sent emails to an email on which I was sending and receiving messages previously but now I only get a reply that the email is not monitored. They have just stolen my money. Thieves!
