Ebay has a commendable policy: "We don't allow counterfeit items or unauthorised copies to be listed on eBay. Items sold using a brand name or a brand logo must be original and made by the brand or manufactured on their behalf". Except the seller on eBay can sell anything without ever taking back returns - as per policy. And I ended up recieving a fake product from this seller but advertised as a recognised famous brand on ebay. At that point neither seller nor ebay wanted any further responsibility for my loss!!
