I'm a buyer from nine year ago and seller rate me and congratulate anytime from the item I order to them for fast payments and honest inputs, I order always the right item we need without returning even one items to the seller! Well, the story were very nice once it start 2 years ago, I order fuel nozzle for engines from a UK Company, EBAY send me a letter that I should paying VAT taxes in UK for goods exported in Switzerland, I keep the letter and when I received the parcel I should to pay more VAT taxes from Switzerland, so I paid double taxes, one in UK and one in Switzerland, EBAY representative told me, it's the rule of the UK government, so, I start to investigate toward the seller and I search by the administrator of the company into the UK government, I do a copy of the fake name of this seller, and we found the right name with UK registration, UK government reply me this company bankrupt few years ago but they are using their company name for selling goods in violation of the UK government, so, I decide to enquiry about the people were using the administration name of this company, the administrator were resign few years ago, in fact some employee were using the administrator name who resign as a bypass business out of UK VAT legislation! I return the information toward EBAY.UK representative without any answer! Finally, I don't know how EBAY check the reliability of their seller! Moreover, not so long ago, I order an hydraulic fluid from an Aircraft Suppliers in US Texas, they said the delivery take about two weeks, I received the order after 1 month and 12 days, I received the parcel after 1 month and 14 days, so, when I check the customs post stamp in Texas and the customs post stamp in Germany! the parcel standby during a month in EBAY German distributor, they were keeping this item in EBAY Germany during a month!!!! When, I received a feedback from the seller, the seller were honest and he told me exactly the date he sent the parcel, I check on the stamp, it was right, The seller send it on time, so, after all of these trouble, I delete my account in EBAY! I don't rely any representative and agent from EBAY in UK and in Germany anymore.
