eBay is absolute RUBBISH. I've been a user for 20 years set up a business account but never used it that way so wanted to change to a private account. You can't downgrade a business account, so eBay told me to set up a new Private account. Two weeks later, they permanently suspended the account. I spoke with one of the idiots, and they say they're not allowed to say why the account was suspended, telling me they filter accounts for the safety of the community.
