I have been with ebay since October 2004, mostly purchasing and occasionally selling. I had an issue with an item that I put up for sale, ebay initially went in favour of the purchaser, the sum involved wasn't a lot but I didn't feel that the outcome was fair. I asked for a call back and spoke to a customer service representative who sorted out my issue straight away, also explaining what had gone wrong. I don't usually write reviews but on this occasion I would like to say that communication is the key and when all circumstances are considered I feel that Ebay went above and beyond. I can't praise them enough.
