Ebay is not what it used to be no more, after selling a phone the buyer requested to return it on day 29. Despite having listed it honestly with plenty of pictures the return excuse was it has marks on it and its slow.
I had no choice in the matter and ebay dictated the return and issued a full refund including seller costs.
I feel it is unfair, I disagree with their returns policy. Where I have since decided to close my account after twenty years of service.
I would have scored a zero if possible..
