Ebay have changed so that now the seller doesn't get money paid out by the buyer for a long time.
A buyer pays the money for an item. The seller sends it out without payment. Once the tracking shows delivered Ebay then starts the long process of transferring the buyers money to the seller. This money doesn't go to your bank account though, it takes days to arrive at your "Ebay balance". After that you can start the process to transfer it to your bank account. Shocking.
