i have been an ebay user for over 20 years, although problems are rare, when something goes wrong ebays customer service is useless, their help system is designed to send you around in circles with limited FAQ,S until you give up trying, i recently had a dishonest buyer who claimed that my listing for a left handed golf club was for a right handed club, IMPOSSIBLE, the buyer bought late at night and was probably drunk. when he claimed not as described, ebays robots agreed with him obviously without looking at the listing, the buyer could have said he ordered a pink elephant and ebay would have agreed with him. after weeks of complaints for actual customer service and their so called seller protection i eventually had some human replies who said they were looking into it. not one of them can be honest and say yes your listing was correct. so due to zero customer service and the dishonest buyer i am £20 out of pocket for postage. IT IS UNSAFE TO SELL ON EBAY THEY ACTIVELY DISCRIMINATE AGAINST SELLERS AND WILL BELIEVE ANYTHING A BUYER CLAIMS. ebay are totally ignoring my complaints.
