Items where supposed to be delivered by the 23rd December after several calls to the customer services still nothing by the 14 th January.Customer services are a complete waste of time, e mails are not answered.
I would have thought a British based firm would have been better than this, in future I will deal with Chinese firms which appear to be far more reliable.
