I ordered a welder and paid extra for the 24 hour shipping because I needed it for a job. Several phone calls over the next 48 hours to Parcel Force and Machine Mart welder finally turns up. Grumpy unapologetic staff finally promise a shipping refunded.
Two weeks later going through my accounts I spot there's been no refund. Phoned again and get Simon (who's been to the same customer training as the first guy), blames the Bank for the slow payment. He said I should get it in 2 to five working days, Should? Fingers crossed?
