Good prices for the product I wanted. It took quite a while to be delivered to the store for pick up, but this was no problem for me. I was informed by email and a phone call when the item had arrived. However, it was the wrong item. I phoned the store for advice. They told me to contact customer services. I did so online asking if they could collect the wrong item and send me the right item. The next morning I received a phone call, then an email, saying the correct item had been dispatched. It arrived the next day, and I was told I could keep the incorrect item,for which I had paid £5.99. I am very impressed with their customer service and would have given 5 stars if the correct item had been delivered in the first place.
