Couldn't ask for more. Julie was great and helped me learn and lose. I lost 10lbs on my own and it took me 2 years, 3 months with Julie and I lost another 20lbs and gained some life long skills which have enabled me to lose 2lbs a week since the 3 months ended. I am hoping to come back for complete coaching when I am ready for my first “bulk”. Highly recommended!
