I am alive today because of the coaching I received. One year to the day that my wife signed me up for coaching my heart stopped, my Dr said if I hadn’t loss the weight I did or be in shape I wouldn’t be here today. As soon as I’m cleared I’ll be back at to continue my health journey. My coach Brad helped encourage me to continue and not loss site of my end goal. It totally changed my relationship with food for the better.
