My coach has been so much more than a nutrition resource. He’s really helped me dig deep and change my relationship with food, nutrition, the scale and my body. He even got me to recognize some mental health struggles I needed to address and I did! I probably drive him crazy with all my chats, but he doesn’t hesitate to respond, give solid advice, and sometimes tell me the things I don’t want to hear, but need to hear. Excited for the next 3 months of my journey.
