I signed up for 6 months with Susan. She was always there to answer my questions and make sure I was on track! Daily checking made me accountable and seeing my progress kept me going. Did I have times where I got off track, sure did. But I was successful at losing 20 pounds and I have kept it off for 4 months. Macros taught me how to eat everything without deprivation!
