I am very happy! At first I was skeptical since there was only one face to face meeting but Coach Carly is amazing with reaching out and she sends videos every so often. She has helped me change my relationship with food. I have opted for a slow and steady pace and she has continued to encourage me and make suggestions along the way.
I am still a client so not sure how to answer the last one. I have resigned so I answered over 12 months because that is what it will end up being.
