I am a previous client that came back because I was going through a big move and having my first big winter in Montana. (I’m a Florida girl so that is hard!) My coach, Braden, helped me get consistent with my workouts and be accountable for good nutrition choices. Instead of feeling lost and out of control, I was armed with a plan and a friend to guide me. I made huge progress with my strength over the winter and I am so glad I didn’t wait!
