Having a nutritional expert at your fingertips to answer any and all questions is so valuable. My goal was to learn how to eat healthy and make it a lifestyle. My coach has and continues to do that. The encouragement is a huge bonus also. Whenever things aren’t going so smoothly along the way, it’s so motivating to get words of wisdom or some medical reasoning behind the issue. I spent a lot of wasted time trying on my own, but saw almost immediate results with a coach. Hands down the best investment I’ve made in my long term health.
