My coach Bec Gormly is amazing. She has been the perfect fit for me. I know that I would not lost as much weight as I have without her. She is extrememly supportive, encouraging, knows when to reassure me when I start to have a few doubts. Understanding on how busy life can be. Motivating and knows how to lift me up when needed. I know that she is always there for any questions.
So happy that I got matched with Bec and excited on the changes we are making.
