I was so happy to find out I had Sue as a coach! I had seen her posts and had been stalking her on face book for a while ! She is everything and more than I expected! The workouts she gives me are awesome... my body composition has changed... she has taught me to have a whole different relationship with food. She has helped me see that I am in control... and its ok to enjoy myself while still reaching my goal. I just wish I was as good of a cook as her!
