Hiring a coach is the best thing I have ever done for my fitness/health/mental journey! Coach Gaela has been amazing. My weekly check-ins are so helpful, providing encouragement, answering questions and offering advice. I am still amazed at the flexibility I can get in my diet, and I love the My Macros App! I plan to continue with my coaching for the foreseeable future. I also love some of the recipes and meals I have discovered on the Macros Inc Facebook group.
